2. Direct Prophecy
•These are promises of God that comes through direct prophecies from the servant of God to you.
•Direct prophecies are clear and plain messages from God that state exactly what will happen, without symbols, riddles or hidden meanings.

You can also receive a promise, an instruction, a guidance or warning from God through a dream or sends you an angel to deliver a message of promise for your destiny.

What is the Promise? (2 Peter 1:4)
1. A promise is a declaration or assurance that one will do something or that a particular thing will happen.
2. A promise is also a word of honour.
3. A Promises is a word that automatically instigate or initiate expectation. The moment you receive a promise, you are bound to begin to expect something.
The Bible is a book of the promises of God to mankind.

WHAT IS MINISTRY?
 
1. Ministry is the building of God’s kingdom here on earth to destroy the works of the devil against men - 1 John 3:8
 
2. Ministry is the work of a minister. The worker in the ministry is actually working not for a man but for God with eternal reward - Ephesians 4:11-12, Hebrews 6:10
 
3. Ministry is a Vocation. What then is a vocation? It’s a strong feeling of suitability for a career, or occupation and ministry is also an occupation (Something that takes a significant amount of your time or occupies you) - Ephesians 4:1-3
 
4. Ministry is a calling and gifting from God to serve in His house and He doesn’t change His mind about the call no matter what - Romans 11:29

Steps to Inheriting the Promise
1. Don’t be Slothful or Lazy
When God gives you a promise through the prophetic word or prophecy, you don’t sleep over it. You work harder by pursuing God even more. 
Following is not for lazy people. Promises and prophecies stirs up warfare, spiritual attention and attacks - 1 Timothy 1:18-19.

2. Work hard to hold Good-Conscience. Align your life with the word of God. So while you are waiting for the promise or prophecy to manifest, stay away from sin because it will defile your good conscience and cause you to make shipwreck of your faith.

Shipwreck
•The destruction of a ship on the sea by sinking or breaking up.
•It also means to be stranded, helpless or left without a means to move from where you are.
•It also means left in the middle of nowhere without the means to get to your destination. In other words abortion of the promises of God concerning your life.

THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT DIVINE WISDOM1. The Wisdom of God is not found in the land of the Living. Wisdom is purely a spiritual commodity. There is nothing physical or natural about divine wisdom. It doesn’t emanate from the earth realm.It is from the Lord - Job 28:12, 20-212. Wisdom is priceless. There is no amount of money that can buy divine wisdom. Only God can bless you with divine wisdom - Job 28:133. Wisdom has only one ultimate source and that is God - James 1:5-8•The Wisdom of God can be received through;-Prayer or Asking the Lord for it, -Scriptures -Receiving supernatural Impartation from those who have received of the Spirit of Wisdom through direct contact, books, and tapes/messages - James 1:5-8, 1 Kings 3:3-15•The Wisdom of God is Hidden or encapsulated from natural eyes and creatures. The Generous Giving Grace of Christ1. You know how rich Christ is but made himself poor for your sake so you through his poverty might become rich. How will this happen. You see when you dedicate your life to respond to the call of God, you have chosen a path of poverty in a way because how rich will a full-time minister be. But He is actually so rich in the spirit by reason of the covenant he has with God but God physically strip him of all his riches and makes him poor. The mystery of the poverty or lack of a minister is that, God provides an opportunity for the people He brings under his covering or ministry to be rich through his covenant with God. But how will they unlock this covenant riches? Through giving to the needs of the covenant servant of God, as you do that, you draw from the covenant blessings of God with His Servant.
