Blood Without Blemish means; A. Blood devoid of or without Sin - Psalm 51:1-13 B. Innocent Blood - Mathew 27:3-5 C. Blood without stain or contamination of any kind (Perfect) D. Just Blood - Mathew 27:15-24 HOLINESS AND OBEDIENCE ARE MADE POSSIBLE BY THE HOLY SPIRIT SCRIPTURE: 1 PETER 1:1-2 Man has no ability to be holy or obedient. Man by nature has no such innate trait. Man by nature is carnal or sinful and disobedient. We see this clearly in the Garden of Eden where God gave man clear cut instructions but man disobeyed. Man did the only thing God instructed him not to do. One may say the serpent deceived man but i want you to know that if man had an innate nature of holiness, there will be no lust for sin - Genesis 3:1-6 A. We are naturally more prone to disobey than to obey. We are more prone to sin than to holiness and righteousness. It is the Holy Spirit that helps us to stay holy and pure. The Holy Spirit infuses us with his nature of separation unto God and holiness from sin. Other than that, man cannot help himself. Even Jesus who was God, the moment he became flesh and blood, needed suffering to learn obedience how much more 100% flesh and blood? - Hebrews 5:6-8 B. It is the Holy Spirit that helps man to become submissive and obedient to the word of God. Man by nature is rebellious (Showing a desire to resist authority, control or convention-A way in which something is done) - Ephesians 5:18-21 C. It is the Holy Spirit that helps man to do some good. Man by nature is evil, so evil that God gave up on us - Genesis 6:1-3, Luke 18:18-19, Romans 3:9-12. D. Man is by nature filthy. It is the blood of Jesus Christ that cleanses us from our sins. Nothing can wash the crimson-like sin of man and make it as white as snow like the blood of Jesus Christ - Isaiah 64:5-6, Revelation 7:14, Revelation 22:14-16. Honor

Knowledge is very important, your knowledge determines what you get or what you become. People God will bring your way: A. Friends B. Employers C. Employees D. Enemies E. Parents PARENTS - EPHESIANS 6:1-2, MATHEW 6:24 (HCSB), JOHN 15:14-15,17,20 (HCSB), Hebrews 13:17 (HCSB). When you are somebody who always obey you becomes a friend. When you become a friend as a slave, your Lord expects you to relate with him as a slave although he calls you friend. HOW CAN WE HONOR (MALACHI 1:6 NASB) A. You honor with love. You cannot honor without love - John 14:15 B. You have to honor your father or mother in faith. You have to believe in them (John 14:15) C. Honoring with admiration D. Accept Him God gives us opportunities to honor our parents. Spiritual Culture II: The Culture of Soul Winning Pt. 1

The culture of soul winning is very crucial for every Christian. We must not leave the the apostolic doctrines and shining examples set for us by the early church and the dealings of the Holy Spirit to win souls and continue in what we think is the right thing to do. Many souls are perishing without Christ and we are obliged to do something about it. The culture of soul winning is a culture every Christian must develop and practice at all times. The great commission is the commission of soul winning and nothing else. Jesus gave everyone who will be his disciple to go into the world and teach all nations or converting them from gentiles to born again Christians.
THE POWERFUL EFFECTS OF A TEACHING MINISTRY After winning the Soul, the next great spiritual exercise is to teach that soul, it is the teaching that actually converts them from unbelievers to disciples. 1. Teaching establishes Doctrines (A series of scriptures that speaks to a particular topic or subject) 2. Teaching converts unbelievers to Disciples 3. Teaching raises more teachers - Hebrews 5:12 4. Teaching makes disciples - Mathew 28:18-20 5. Teaching has the greatest impart in the lives of hearers. Inseparability Campaign is the campaign to stay close, stay connected and stay glued to the voice of your pastor and to his person. Inseparability is unable to separate or treated separately. The devil must never be able to separate you from your teacher no matter what happens. He will try to do his possible best to separate you but you must refuse to be separated. God said although i will give you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, I WILL NOT REMOVE, TAKEAWAY OR SEPARATE YOU FROM YOUR TEACHERS INTO A CORNER ANYMORE! This means the above use to be the case and the people grew worse and far apart from God thus more punishment for them. But God takes a different approach now. The bread of Adversity and Water of Affliction symbolizes the trials and hardships that God allows in His people's lives, ultimately leading to a deeper relationship with Him and a clearer understanding of His guidance. In otherwords, your teachers are God’s token of mercy, help and deliverance to you in times of hardship, difficulty and calamity as He punishes your stubbornness and disobedience. Why then do will you think that it is the will of God for you to be separated from your teacher, shepherd or pastor? The devil is absolutely responsible for anything that separates you from your teacher. If God wants you to separate yourself He will tell you Himself. The devil will try to separate you from your teachers or remove you from your teacher so you don’t Hear/listen to his instructions/teachings - Isaiah 30:20-21 You must love, cherish and honor your pastor (s) so much that nothing can separate you from Him. Spiritual Culture I: The Culture of Spiritual Growth

Culture is the way of life of a people. Thus, you must maintain a culture in your life as a Christian that will fuel your spiritual growth and not rather kill it. Scriptures often emphasize the importance of spiritual growth. Spiritual growth captures three major areas of a believers walk with the Lord:
A. Knowledge of God; B. Mature in your faith and; C. Cultivate a closer relationship with God through prayer, study, and service.  PATHWAYS TO THE CULTURE OF SPIRITUAL GROWTH 1. Desire (A Strong feeling of wanting to have something) for the milk of the Word - 1 Peter 2:2 2. Growing in grace and in the Knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ - 2 Peter 3:18, Galatians 2:20-21 3. 1. Unnecessary Delays in every aspect of your life - 1 Samuel 20:35-38 Seven (7) Causes of Unnecessary Delays ——— Survival of Certain People in your life or around your life. You are not prayerful, certain human barriers will continue to exist. 2 Samuel 9:1-4, Isaiah 6:1-2 ——— Doing things by your Strength and not the Spirit of God Zachariah 4:6 ——— Survival of Certain Mountains or Situations in your life that are not becoming plain or resolved. Zachariah 4:7 ——— Lack Grace to Accomplish Zachariah 4:7B ——— When God didn’t Send you into any Venture you are in. Your hands will start but along the way, you will lack the power to finish - Zachariah 4:8-9 ——— Despising the Day of Small Things. You don’t take things that start small seriously, you play around and joke around. Anyone who despises the day of small things will not be there to see it become big. They will not see the day of rejoicing or celebration or greatness - Zachariah 4:10 ——— Casual approach to life. Slow to everything, no sense of urgency to anything. Cannot take simple decisions on time. Always giving excuses for everything. That is a failure waiting to happen. There is no fire in their bones! Slow to take advice and instructions!
2. You will be out of Divine Alignment with the Perfect Will of God. When you are prayer-less or not prayer-full you will have unnecessary delays in your life because you are out of alignment or sync with the perfect will of God. ——Jesus says Pray that you WILL NOT ENTER INTO TEMPTATION….why? Temptation comes to cause you to be out of alignment with God. So Jesus is literally saying, “Pray that you will not be out of Divine alignment with the will of God.” But a prayerful person will come out of every temptation or negative situation. A prayerful person is not to be pitied bcos they have the marvelous help of God. ——Jesus our perfect example started ministry or his heavenly assignment at 30years. At 30years major life steps are meant to be taken. Jesus finished his earthly assignment by the age of 33years because he was a prayerful man. You are not prayerful if by 30years we don’t see certain cardinal fruits in your life. Show me the fruits of your prayer life! What has your prayer yielded?? Jesus had evidence to show he was prayerful (Mathew 6:5-8, 1 Corinthians 14:2, 14, 15 & 18).

Brutish pastors and leaders love consumption than seeking the Lord and the things of God. Such pastors and leaders will make the church a grazing field for the devil. The pastors are not prayerful, they are talkers more than doers. Always having meetings with no results. Brutish pastors in this church: —— Where are your evangelism campaigns? —— Where are your prayer meetings in this church? —— Where are your cell meetings? —— How many souls do you follow-up or pray for in a week? —— We are all busy, going about our families, works and left the house of God to rot. —— Where is your pastoral ministry?? Where your works as a pastor?

A prayerless pastor is a weak pastor, an empty pastor and carries no power in the realms of the Spirit. Carnality is a serious defect of the church of Christ. Wake up from your slumber. The Wages Of A Labourer in The Ministry

God is not interested in spectators, everybody was saved to be a major player or partaker in God’s endtime harvest. And we play the role in saving souls, training souls and also turning them into saviors to save more souls. So the church has only one purpose and that is to save the lost. Whatever we do must be aimed at saving the lost. Whatever the church does that doesn’t lead to the saving of the lost doesn’t register with God. The son of man came to seek and save the lost through many methods but the purpose was for saving the lost. Salvation of souls is the primary purpose of the church. A wage is money paid to an employee for their work. It can be paid on an hourly, daily, weekly, or piece-work basis.
A labourer is a person who does a job which involves a lot of hard physical work. THE LABORER’S WORK
A. Target a Soul and pray them into the kingdom; B. Follow-Up a Soul and pray them into the kingdom and
; C. An influencer or a good inviter who brings people to church. D. Using your money to bus people into the church
