1. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen. 2. Faith is a connector between the physical world to the spiritual world; natural to supernatural. 3. Faith gibes understanding of spiritual things. FAITH IS THE PRODUCER OF GOOD REPORT SCRIPTURES: HEBREWS 11:2 It takes faith to receive a good report from heaven. Whatever gives you a good report in heaven is what you did by putting your faith to action. SOME FAITH ACTIONS THAT GENERATED GOOD REPORT GOOD REPORT #1: ABEL (GENESIS 4:1-7) —— Abel offered a more excellent sacrifice than Cain by faith. —— He obtained a witness because it was done by faith that he was righteous —— God testifying of his gifts. —— And by it even though he was dead, he was still speaking. GOOD REPORT #2: ENOCH (GENESIS 5:22-24, HEBREWS 11:5) —— Enoch was able to walk with God acceptably till his last day on the earth. And because God was pleased with him, God called him to Himself in a unique way. —— Faith was enough to translate Enoch from the earth realm to heaven. —— He pleased God because he walked with God in faith all the days of his life. —— Enock didn’t see death by faith GOOD REPORT #3: NOAH (HEBREWS 11:7) —— Noah being warned of God because of faith, moved with fear to prepare the ark to the saving of His house. —— By his obedience through faith saved his family while the world was condemn because of unbelief or faithlessness. —— Noah became a heir righteousness through faith or believing in God and obeying Him.
