50HPI: Prayer Session I

1. This phrase refers to deep spiritual intercession inspired by the Holy Spirit when human words are insufficient. 
2. It speaks of burdens, cries, and prayers that go beyond ordinary speech — intense communion with God from the depths of the spirit.
3. Groaning denote a deep inarticulate sound conveying pain, despair and displeasure.
4. Groaning also denote a low creaking sound made by an object under pressure. 
5. The Word Groanings is the Greek word “stenagmos” which means;
•Sigh - Emitting a long, deep audible breath expressing sadness, relief or tiredness.
•Sigh is to breathe out
